Can I arrange an early check-in?

Our normal check-in time is after 2:00pm at Amerald Resort Hotel Desaru. Guest can request an early check-in. However, this request is based on availability. If the rooms are not ready upon arrival, our Bell Staff will be happy to hold your belongings until your room becomes available.

What will I need when I check-in?

Guest shall provide valid government-issued identification or passport at check-in.
